I'm currently working with BEA's ObjectBroker, which provides, unfortunately, only C and C++ bindings. It's solid, but sadly out of date. BEA inherited it from DEC, and most of their development effort is focused on their new M3 ORB, which isn't available on VMS yet. -- FORTRAN, "the infantile disorder", by now nearly 20 years old, is hopelessly inadequate for whatever computer application you have in mind today: it is too clumsy, too risky, and too expensive to use. -- Edsger W.
