The September issue is the one with an article beginning on page 32,
where the title of the article is so over decorated you find yourself
looking back at the table of contents in the hope you can find out the
name of the article.

However, it is true that most of the articles do not suffer from this
excessive zeal in the art department, and September is indeed a substantial
step back toward sanity.
