The recent post about SIGGRAPH prompted this note.  The newsletter
of SIGSIM, Simulation Digest, has been delayed for several reasons
(one is budget, but others had to due with unexpected personal and
professional responsibilities of the people preparing the newsletter).
However the good news is that two issues are now at ACM headquarters
and should be mailed to members shortly.  Included is a more complete
explanation of the delay and a solication for submissions to Simulation
Digest.
