I am attempting to contact authors of a paper presented in the
ESA Bulletin concerning the ORATOS project. My group has tried hard-copy
but with no success. The authors are associated with ESA/ESOC. The authors 
are F. Dreger and J. Fertig. They are with the Orbit and Attitude
Division in Dramstadt, Germany.
Can anyone assist? Since ACM is now in an office in Europe, perhaps some
assistance can be provided?? Thank you...
