 How  about  making  them available electronically...   since
 every chapter will have network access.     But,  it  really
 isn't  the  same  if you're not there.  We should be able to
 motivate chapters enough to get at least one  representative
 from  a chapter to attend a workshop/annual meeting.  Things
 need to change...
