I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'honoraria' here. If you mean a fee
for speaking, the DECUS Europe does NOT give this to seminar speakers.
All we do is waive registration and pay travel and accommodation
expenses for our seminar speakers. Maybe the US Chapter does not even go
this far?
