I am willing to forward messages (not flames) to the Board of Directors
of the US Chapter.  Just head your message with a "Please forward to the
US Chapter BoD", and I will do so.

If you want your message read by the US BoD, mail it to me at
klr@hadron.com (..!uunet!hadron!klr).  I will not be forwarding things
that are posted to news, but if you want to mail it and post it, I will
forward the mailed copy.

Please note that I can tell the difference between a heated opinion and
a flame.  Any flames will be returned, with a request to cool the
retoric.

Once again, a terminal volunteer raises his hand.....
