Can anyone help with information on the structure of RT11 BUP format magtapes. The sort of information I am after would be similar to that given in Chapter 9 of the RT11 software support manual for standard RT11 format tapes i.e. the order of headers, data & eof records, together with a description of the structure of each label record. The background to this is an attempt to read RT11 BUP (& normal RT11 format) magtapes under unix on a Gould NP1. Maybe someone can help directly with this aspect? (I am not worried about what to do with disc image files once I get them on unix, I can cope with that, I just need to know how to read the data) Dave Heap Psychology Department, University of New England, Armidale NSW 2351 Australia (067)73-2587
