SEDT editor - PC AT version

At our site we are using the VAX VMS SEDT editor (EDT-compatible). I
wonder whether there is an IBM PC compatible version - rumours
have it it exists as internal DEC software. Perhaps there is an
open version, still? Any hint appreciated. Please send as E-mail.
