I have been asked to forward this question from Stephen Hirsch at Southpower in
Christchurch. Please forward all responses to him.

--------------------------------------

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the following
publication? I rang the IEEE field service office and they
said that it was permanently out of stock and didn't have any
other helpful suggestions!

IEEE Special Publication 88TH0224-6-PWR, Intertie Protection of
Consumer Owned Sources of Generation, 3MVA or Less.
