Hello. I am not an antenna person, but I am trying to demonstrate/model in the simplest way possible, the propagation of on/off pulses from one wire to another (eg, spikes from one comm line to another). Figuring that (assuming 2 wires: a source and receiving wire) the two wires look like a capacitor, I applied dv/dt =-k (di/dt). Meaning that, the source of the pulses would generate a voltage (eg, noise) on another line that is equal to [negative] slope of the pulses. Well, I thought, this is fun: until I ran an experiment. The equation, predicted spikes for all frequencies, however, spikes were only present at low frequencies. At higher frequencies, the squarewave was reproduced on the receiving wire. The wire producing the "noise" employed a function generator that produced periodic pulses. If this makes sense to anyone, please let me know of my mistake(s) in intutitive terms (ie., my engineering/math is very rusty). Thank you, -Larry
