Please excuse this question if it is on the FAQ list; I normally do not read
this newsgroup.

Is there any host on the internet that has the IEEE index of publications on
line ? I do not want the publications themselves (I can understand why that
would not be available) but I am looking for a method of searching for articles
using a subject or abstract search.

Thanks you for any assistance-
