all sections and departments can be contacted by <sec.name>@ieee.org;  The
section names can be obtained from any IEEE publication. For eg: the toronto
section of IEEE can be contacted by sec.toronto@ieee.org;  As of Nov 1991, 101
such sections have been registered.  To register Ur section, send a message to
info.startup@ieee.org;   directory listing is available from directory.sec@ieee

society aliases are of the form soc.<socname>@ieee.org;  eg : computer society
can be reached at soc.comp@ieee.org;  directory listing: directory.soc@ieee.org

student branch are avaliable as sb.name@ieee.org;  to register by email email
to info.startup@ieee.org;  directory listings at directory.sb@ieee.org

There are 71 automated response at accounts named info.<topic>@ieee.org;  ALl
the response is in text files.  info.directory is also part of this 71.
get more information about this by emailing info.info@ieee.org;  Whatever U
send to this account is discarded, and only Ur return address is used to reply
the automated response to U.  So dont type in Ur sorrows and difficulties...!

service aliases are of the form <service>@ieee.org;  for eg: membership.inquiry
@ieee.org if U have a question about Ur membership (maybe to find out why U got a dues bill even after paying up, etc...)  All the services available are listed
