I am working on a graphics demo for promoting an IEEE conference and
would like to implement a "flying logo" of the IEEE symbol.  Has 
anyone got a CAD database of the IEEE symbol?  I know *someone* has
done this, because I have seen this effect before...

I hate to reinvent the wheel...
