Hi,

I was wondering if the IEEE transactions were available on CD-ROM. This
should be an economical way of distributing "archives" of specific transactions.
For example, IEEE transactions on DSP Jan 1980-dec 1989 could be made available
on a CD-ROM in ISO format (maybe as TEX documents). Any body know if this is
being done?

Enquiring minds want to know ... 8->.
