Dear S.U.G., I have just organised to be able to attend the SUG Conference from the 7th to 10th of December and will be in California from the 7th till the 19th and wondered if there were any places that I could/should visit in California. I am especially interested in network security; large networks with Macintoshes, Suns, PCs and peripherals; lab management; UNIX administration. I am also interested in any sight seeing spots. I currently wish to visit the Berkeley and Stanford campuses and check out what they are doing in the computing fields and would be interested if anyone could give me some names to contact to arrange visits. Also, if anyone could tell me how I can get from San Jose to these places cheaply I'd really appreciate knowing. Please email me at chris@ecel.uwa.edu.au. Thanks in advance. -- Christoph Uloth Division of Economics Commerce Education & Law Systems/Networks Administrator University of Western Australia Phone: (w)+61-9-380 1796 || (h)+61-9-387 7952 Fax: +61-9-380 1068 email: chris@ecel.uwa.edu.au :-)
