Farooq asked about tutorials at SUG Conferences.  The 
decisions are made by the Executive Director (me) in 
collaboration with the Board of Directors and Dave 
Howard, SUG's activities manager.

This year, for example, proposals were discussed in 
April for the December meeting.

Proposals for the June 1991 or December 1991 conferences
should be sent to me (peter@uunet.uu.net or peter@sug.org)
or to Dave Howard (dhoward@sug.org).
