Conference Registration:
========================

To  register, please complete a nd sign the enclosed form and send it by
telefax to SUUG'92 Secretariat (telefax No: 7 095 943 0089,
attn: Elena Alferova).
To receive the visa support ASAP, please send a copy of the form filled
by E-mail to the conference secretary elena@plb.icsti.su.

The registration fee for non xUSSR conference delegates is $70.

Visa Support
============

If you need a visa support, give us the  following  data:  your
full  name  and  surname,  sex,  nationality,  passport number,
address, telex or fax number, date of birth, and date of your
arrival to Russia and departure. The conference days are 
21-25 September, 1992, but participants  may  arrive
earlier and/or depart later and spend some time either in St. Peterburg
or in Moscow.
The visa support letter will be sent to you by telex or fax.
     
Accomodation
============

During the conference the participants will live in the Gavan' hotel
in St. Petersburg. The price of the accomodation in the Gavan' hotel
is $60 for the single hotel room and $40 for double hotel room
per day for a persone (conference special offer).
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the hotel restaurant, and all taxes are
included.

The delegates who wish to spend some days in Moscow
before or after the conference will be provided by ICSTI with
cheap and comfortable housing appartments in Moscow with kitchen, bathroom,
and toilet. The price is $40 for one-room appartment and $60 for two-room
appartment per day (you could share it with a colleague or your family).

To get hotel reservation you should let us know before
September 10 the dates of your arrival to Russia and departure,
and before September 15 - the exact time of your arrival
and  flight  number.
The prefered days of arrival are September 19-20, 1992.
     
Payments
========
     
Payment is to be done in US dollars or other hard currency.
The prefered form of payments is cash or check (to be payed at the
registration, you will be provided with a reciept).

Please  do not forget to indicate PARTICIPANT NAME and SUUG'92 on

After you remit your payment please, send to the secretary a copy
of the bank transfer or money order by FAX. We need it to avoid problems
with our bank.
