I hope you can pass it to any of your friends, or email it out to
everybody you know of.

I am one of the university student in Canada. Same as other student in
the university, I applied OSAP from the Government. I finally got
accepted and had a grant for $2200 aroound. So I applied for the next
year, but this time I failed. Ok, since I got a summer job, I can barely
manage my tuition fees for the coming years. Note, in Canada you DO NOT
need to pay the government back UNTIL you graduate. So I just enjoying my
school life. Couple years ago, my family moved to a new place, I did
change all the addresses for all the companies and stuff. Now I didn't
know that I need to update my status every year with the bank. BTW, I
chose Bank of Montreal to put my OSAP. The most most stupid choice I have
ever made in my LIFE. Only this stupid bank, didn't know that I have been
moved. Well, I got the document saying that I need to update my status,
so I did. I mailed out my registration document to the stupid bank. So I
guess it's alright.

Until recently I got a call from one of those credit agency saying that I
owe them $2700 from the OSAP. What the stupid bank did wa to hand my
case to the credit agency. They can't find me by mailing and assume that
I am a graduate student. Come on, how can a second year student
graduate in one year in a four years program. They said they have sent
me documents about the OSAP update stuff, I honestly received NONE from
the stupid bank. I do have proofs that I an a student for the last four
years.

HOW CAN A BANK MAKE A DAMN DECISION BASED ON THE WRONG ASSUMPTION ???

They said they phoned me, I haven't received any calls. Probably they
phoned to my previous address and mailed the documents to the house that
I don't live anymore.

To make a long story short, choose a bank with GOOD service and GOOD
internal structure. This stupid BANK of MONTREAL provided me with the
slowest, unsatisfactory service that any other bank will do better than
this one. I will definitely not choose Bank of Montreal in the rest of
my life.

Good luck in choosing your bank. For better service, stay away from Bank
of Montreal.

P.S. Sorry for interrupting
