Yes, I have an old copy of goad and levitate.  The real title was
"How to Goad and Levitate your Cummercial AOS(CHAOS)".  It came out of the
tech pubs group and was about 10-15 pages long.  Complete with the DG Blue
covers.  The purpose was to poke fun at the concept of a commercial version of
AOS, but it really was a description of the "load and generate process".

My copy is at home in a box, if I can find it this week-end, I'll brin it in
Monday and (depending on how long) post it to the net.
