🚀 go-pugleaf

When X-posting to so many groups set FUT to the most relevant
group. I have set FUT to comp.os.linux.development.apps, not
because I bothered to find out which one is relevant, but
rather because it is the only of the groups I follow.

Here is your problem. xfs is not on port 700 but rather 7100.

Another possibility is that xfs failed to start because /tmp
was full.
