Clobberd 3.0 (beta testers wanted)

Hello,

I've just completed Clobberd 3.0 and i'm looking for more beta testers.

Clobberd is a user monitor/resource regulator that is used by ISP's. You
can regulate users time and the amount of data they send or receive, and
generally gauge/meter what they use for the purposes of costing.

Unlike 2.x, 3.x is now designed to run over a TCP/IP network.

Email me if you're interested.

See ya

Yep, i'll email it to you now.

Make sure you read the documentation, as this version is totally different
from 2.x and 1.x.
