🚀 go-pugleaf

	I have recently taken over development of a simulation project 
from another person and am currently trying to make heads or tails of his 
project. He had header files alll over the place and I have tried to 
clean it up and put it in the smae directory. I have gotten it to the 
point where it compiles on a SunOS 4.1.3 machine using gcc. However since 
I would like to work on it at home, I tried compiling it on my Linux box. 
First of all,  apparently Gnu make does not like ${PROGS}: $${@}.o ${C_LIBS}
so I chenged that to ${PROGS}: ${OBJS} ${C_LIBS}. Now the library 
compiles but when it starts to compile cloc.c, it starts returning errors 
like crazy. I am including the output from make below. If someone can 
help me, It will be much appreciated.
