Does anyone know of a script, program, or procedure that can convert a
Solaris pack-add to rpm?

I am really not sure what you mean. You should try to post as much
proper information as possible. If you were looking to build rpms then
you should use rpm to build them .... read the man page.... If you
were trying to convert the pkgadd command into a rpm -U command or
something I would suggest that you use such command as pkgtrans or
pkgparam on the Solaris machine. If none of this is what you were
looking for please post again for futher help... Good Luck
