A question to ye all... Say I'm establishing TCP connection to a box. Socket will reflect the Source address (who it came from - me), and the Destination address, namely the IP address/port of the box I'm "dialing" to... Now - what happens, if these two boxes are the same? Is it normal for TCP/IP code to substitute the address for "127.0.0.1" and pretend it comes from "localhost"? I'm asking, because this little problem screws up Kerberos... -- Regards, Uri. uri@watson.ibm.com scifi!angmar!uri ------------ <Disclaimer>
