So you're saying that by running my X server first (I am using the S3
server, naturally) that my card will be remapped? Are you sure? I run my
X server by default (xdm), and I still have this problem. Even when my X
server is running at the same time (X on VC2, GLQuake on VC6) I still
lock up.
Is there a parm I missing (not in by default)?
Thanks,
