If your'e only unsure about reed and blue, you won't destroy anything by
trying.

Because W95 basicly isn't configureable, and therefore doesn't permit
you to do anything the programmers explicitely predicted - and using an
apple monitor wasn't foreseen. The problem is not so great if it's only
a fixed-sync screen - then you just need to pick a resoloution really
close to the intended - probably 1152x864 or so. On the other hand, if
the monitor is also "sync_on_green" you will have to build a small
converter, that mixes sync signals onto the green. Your card migth
support this, but most windows drivers don't allow to enable this
feature.
