I have an Intel Providence PR440FX dual pentium pro motherboard
for sale. It has on board FAST-WIDE SCSI via an AIC-7880 controller,
Crystal Sound, and EtherExpress 10/100BT autoswitching ethernet
adapter. Also 3 PCI and 1 shared PCI/ISA slot. It will support up to
2 Ppro's from 150Mhz to 200Mhz each. It has 4 DIMM slots for
memory. It is an ATX style motherboard.

What I want to sell as a total package is:

1) Motherboard---see Above (NO CPU's)
2) 2 ea. 32MB EDO buffered DIMM modules (60ns)
3) ATX style case w/power supply. (No floppy or other drives)
4) All cables, manuals, and CD w/drivers for embedded stuff on it.
5) Oh, and the box motherboard came in.

The motherboard and all things embedded on it work flawlessly. I
have use this board on a regular basis with Linux, '95/B, and NT4.0.
All the embedded devices work on all OS' out of the box with the
exception of Linux. I had to get a driver for the EtherExpress card.
It was free it just wasn't included on the RedHat 4.0 distribution.
And I use OSS for support of the Crystal Sound sound card. OSS
costs $20.

I purchased this stuff brand new 4/5/97. Selling because I am wanting
to get a Pentium II system going and this would offset the cost of
it.

I am wanting to get $800 for all, but if you feel that is too high
please
feel free to counter. Buyer pays shipping, COD, and any insurance
he/she wants above and beyond that included in the default shipping
rate. I will only deal via COD as this protects myself as well as the

buyer.

Let me know,

Gary
