	I think that Linus is freezing the the non-arch-specific
stuff and for the Intel- and Alpha-specific parts of the kernel.
The m68k and sparc ports are not part of the codefreeze, so I
believe that development in those areas will continue through 2.0
and 2.1.x.  Please correct me if I'm wrong.
