I don't want another OS! Help!

The situation is like this.
I am using W4W Hebrew edition and Linux for other things which do not
require Hebrew.
Whenever I tried to install Win95 my W4W was destroyed.
The mini-HOWTO describes possibility to install Linux, W4W and Win95
using utilities of OS2.
I realy don't want another cat in this bag.
What is the solution??

BTW Microsoft promissed Win95 with Hebrew support in fall 95. There is
still hope.

Stanislaw.

Although I have no experience with Win95, the situation with Win3.1/Linux/
OS/2 is that you could use JUST the fdisk and bootmanager from OS/2,
directly off the installation disks, without the necessity of installing
any of OS/2 operating system itself. i.e. you partition with OS/2 fdisk
and install the OS/2 bootmanager only.

Graeme.

If all that is requires is the OS/2 bootmanager, it would probably be cheaper
to buy Partition Magic (which includes it).

System Commander might also do what is wanted (with fewer partitions needed).

Another option is one of those removable drive bay things, and then play
swap-the-harddisk when you want to switch OSes.

Or one of those cartridge drive things, such as (this is not an
endorsement) a Zip drive. Can Linux boot off a SCSI Zip? Don't see why
not...

I actually do this with a Jaz drive. I keep Win95 on one Jaz disk and Linux
on another, and I also have a Zip drive on my SCSI chain for when I need to
transfer stuff back and forth. Apparently most SCSI controllers will only
allow you to boot from a device which has SCSI address zero, and the Zip
drive can only have addresses five or six.
