Sure. Just issue a "mount -o remount -w <mountpoint>". The remount option
tells mount to change the mounting flags for a filesystem that's already
mounted; the -w tells it to mount read/write. Alternatively, if you're using
BSD init, /etc/rc.d/rc.S will probably take care of it.
