The point is, flaming this guy is unproductive.  As the guy who compiled
the linux-in-the-media FAQ said, the best way is not to engage journalists
directly, but to emphasize positive aspects of linux, such as the linux
space shuttle story.  Also, bear in mind that linux is still not quite
ready for naive users, so this kind of reaction can be expected
occasionally.
