ELFs are no laughing matter. They can be tactically deployed to
cause anything from nausea, headaches and confusion to (on a
larger scale) geomantic anomalies. ELFs are, in fact, a major
piece of the lovely new "non-lethal weapons" puzzle. The word
"non-lethal" meaning, "How much can we f**k someone up without
actually killing them?" or, as was conceivably the case at Waco,
"How can we get them so confused that they'll actually stay inside
the building and burn to death? Or, if they run outside, how can
we make them run back in?"

On a separate note, one may wonder how great a role cetaceans
(dolphins and whales) play in the evolution of planetary conscious-
ness and what sort of effect these tactical ELFs may have on them;
then indirectly upon us.

Some folks just really get off on keeping us "asleep."
