No.  TVFS is an OS/2 file system which allowed symbolic links.  I believe
it was written at the Watson Research Center by an IBM employee.

The extfs driver is a file system driver which allows full access to a
Linux partition.  I don't remember who is working on it, and I don't know
what happened to it.
