You delete a database record that you forgot you defined as containing the master encryption password validation... You spend hours wondering why all the new users added to your .htpasswd file don't work, until you remember that you copied the .htaccess from another virtual server and its still pointing at the old .htpasswd file.. Sheesh. I'm having an early night tonight..
