Set your linux box's IP address to 192.168.200.x
Set your Win95 IP address to 192.168.200.y
Set your netmask to 255.255.255.0
Don't set the gateway or nameserver IP address, since you don't have
them.
x and y cannot be 0 or 254 (and x cannot be the same as y, obviously)
This is because 0 is used as network address, and 255 is a broadcast
address. I think.

The numbers 192.168.200.0-255 are defined in an RFC as numbers that
are not present as 'real' addresses on the internet, ie. for use
in situations like yours. You can of course use any numbers you like,
but if you connect to the internet later any IP addresses that conflict
with yours will be unreachable.

Hope this helps.
