Hi. I'd like to write a little Perl routine to test if
a Radius server is alive (for a monitoring program on linux).
How could I do this ? For example, in my program, if
I want to test if SMTP-service is alive, I open a
socket on port 25 on the "to-be-tested-host",
and see what it answers.
Would it be possible (or have somebody already done this)
to do that the same way to test the Radius server ?
I'd be very glad to read any hint about this little problem.
Thanks,
Olivier
