I'm pretty new to Linux OS, and I'm trying to get dial-up Internet access to work with my computer. I initially had Internet access via my college's in-room connection to the Internet. Now, I've graduated, and I wanted to connect to the Net with my local ISP. I'm using a number of different ISPs -- Compuserve, MSN, and Netzero. I tried to follow the directions in my "Using Linux" book. It referred me to a program called "dip" to do dial-in, but I don't have that program installed. How can I get myself up and running on the Net? Lewis Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Share what you know. Learn what you don't.
