Help with IP forwarding setup

We plan to relocate our main Linux box at our ISP (directly on their T3!!).
I could use some help in configuring it so that we can use it to route
for our Class C addresses down a perminent PPP connection to our office.
Currently it is connected via a PPP connection to our ISP, in the new setup
we will have the local linux box (shemp) dial into the one at the isp (moe).
I think I can figure out the PPPd stuff but I am confused how to set moe
so that stuff is routed down the ppp connection to shemp, etc... Thanks!
