Can somebody point me to the right direction on where to find info on
setting up a multilink?
I would like to use two phone lines and to modems to dial my ISP with a
higher bandwith.
Cheers

Well looks like demon does as my friend did it with Win98.
I havent had a chance to do it with my Win98 as I have and IRQ conflict
there with the com ports.

When a login happens, any existing call for the same nodename loses routeing, because it is redirected to the new call. If you then drop the first call, the second call will lose routeing, because you have logged out. When I said that - I imagined that that the first line would have a different IP than the second. If you can tweak the first connection to send out IP packets with a source IP for the second line, it should work fine. In theory. :-) -- Michael ``M.'' Not quite - If you drop the first call, the second (more recently
placed) is unaffected. The routeing that's lost is the routeing for
the first call. Not that this is recommended but:
place call 1
routeing is to first call
place call 2
roueteing is to second call, no route back to 1st call
terminate call 1
roueteing is still to second call
terminate call 2
no reouteing
Whereas:
place call 1
routeing is to first call
place call 2
roueteing is to second call, no route back to 1st call
terminate call 2
no routeing - this is not good at all
terminate call 1

The second scenario is typical of a multilink ISDN connection that is configured to bring the second link up only when it is necessary...
