Greetings! On a different thread, but the same topic: I inherited a graphics tablet made by Wacom called the "Intuos Graphics Tablet" (Model GD-0405-A, 4x5") with a 2nd-hand beige G3 I bought ages ago. Problem is that I don't have a "Intuos Pen" to make it work. Indeed, I'm not sure if the tablet even works. Quick trip to Wacom's website leads to an Aussie distributor which sells said pens for $163 !!! Can anyone suggest a way for me to verify that the tablet even works *before* I shell out $163 for the pen. And on that note, does anyone know if the official pen can be replaced with something less expensive? I mean, it doesn't even have a battery, so it's little more than a pretty pointy stick - right? Any input appreciated! Henry.
