-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I recently got a Digital DECpc LPx+ 486 that has been upgraded to a 586 to use as a dedicated Linux box. I'm re-installing Redhat Linux 5.2 on it. In the install, I get to installing a network card part and it says it can't find the device anywhere on my system. The network card is NE2000 compatible. Does it have to be atached to an active network? Has anybody gotten this error before or know what could be causing it?
