Hi,
I ve tried to updated gnome 2.2/rh9 to 2.4 (using apt-get from source
rpm http://people.ecsc.co.uk/~matt/downloads/apt redhat-9-i386 gnome
extras depends
updatin' process was fine. However, after I logged out and back to X. A
heap of errors appear that contents look like: Nautilus can not opened an
unexpected error from Bonobo, or Gnome changed a lot of themes, apps,
Nautilus app, Gnome tries to correct these problems in the next restarting
and so on.
Really panic for a update like that.
I was trying to remove .nautilus, .gnome, .gconf, .gconfd but there r
still a black screen with mouse point only.
could anyone help me or give me a hint to solve this problem
Thanks a lot and kind regards
dphan
