I tried installing Linux SuSe 6.0 on my system. Apparently my Harddisk is not supported by default. The harddisk is of the following type: Ultra DMA 66 or also known as ATA 66 I already took a look at the SuSe site, but I can't find out what I have to do now. Anyone having the same problems who has a solution for this? Maybe I need a recent kernel, but I'm a Linux novice; what exactly have I got to do for installing a newer kernel. Any help is very welcome. Frederic Marius Email: Frederic.Marius@rug.ac.be
