Hmm, I'm fairly new at this Linux thing, in fact I only just installed it. I
first put it onto a Quantum Bigfoot 1.2GB drive (I know I know). It
installed fine and booted to the desktop. After a bit of investigation I
decided that it was worht persuing a bit further but that the Quantum was a
bit of a liability.

I re-installed it onto a 4GB IBM DHEA drive but upon reboot it hangs at LI.

I have repeated the installation twice with the same results both times. The
install on the Quantum drive still works fine if I substitute the drives.

Can anyone tell me what is going on????
