My USR does not work with Win9$ (I do have the address and irq settings 
for the Rockwell) and under ports in WingNuTs all the address and irq
windows say is "default".

From bootup I think my COM2/cua1 is of address 2E8h and from my USR the
irq is 3.  And yet when I use setserial it says the port is busy and it's
set on auto mode.

Already ran that.  If anything it should have picked up at least the
Rockwell PnP on com1/cua0.  (Though it is picking up something).

It shouldn't be this backbreakingly difficult, right?  Or does Acer suck?
