I have upgraded my kernel from 2.2.5-22 to 2.2.12. When I copied over the bzImage and the System.map to /boot dir I noticed a file called modules-info-2.2.5-22. Where is this file for the new kernel? I looked in the /usr/src/linux/modules dir and there doesn't seem to be an apparent file that could be copied over to the /boot dir as modules-info-2.2.12. Please help my system seems to be showing up some errors in the /var/log/messages file and I think they are related to this modules-info file. Thanks Vivian -- Mr Vivian P. Don't worry about, just use your new kernel and it will run fine. Lou
