Xaw-Xpm v1.1 released - much improved Xaw replacement with *sound*

Xaw-Xpm version 1.1, a much better looking and sounding Athena(Xaw) library
for Unix/X11, has finally been released! :)

I've made many significant improvements in this version, and it
now makes an ideal Xaw replacement for any system.

==== Looking and _sounding_??? ====
Yep.
The best feature of it now is optional support for sound. You can specify
sounds to be played (via /dev/audio) when certain widget events occur,
a nice little gimmick sadly lacking in any other X library. (fyi, I
use the Doom switch sounds for popup menus :)

Support for colour background xpm (pixmap) images in just about
every widget is the 'standard' feature, which vastly improves the look
of apps using it. It comes with sample pixmaps and Xresource settings.

Even without using pixmaps, it makes a much nicer replacement as I've
added many new features and paid much attention to widget detail, such
as outlined text, ridge/groove shadows, etc.

Just imagine...having nicely textured buttons, scrollbars, etc on your
desktop - *and* a _separate_ sound for different widget events ; it's
enough to make a Wind*ze user drool! (And certainly looks a whole lot
better than the equivalent Motif widgets IMHO :)

It is very efficient when using pixmaps, by ensuring that each
is only loaded once per app.

More info, screen-shots showing improvements with and without background
images, and the sources/bins are available at:

        http://www.zip.com.au/~bb/XawXpm/

The source should also be available on sunsite fairly soon, in the
incoming directory and soon /pub/Linux/libs/X/Xaw-XPM-1.1.tar.gz

It's been tested on Linux and should run fine on other Unix variants.

Please send me bug reports, suggestions, etc.
