MicroPress offers such a program called Visual Tex 5.0, it is rather
expensive though.

Check out their hompage on http://www.micropress-inc.com/

Yes, there are LaTeX/TeX distributions for Dos-Windows. You can find
some links at http://www.loria.fr/tex. For printing, you can use
ghostscript, which is normally available in the distributions.

Have a look at http://www.snafu.de/~cschenk/miktex.

There's also EmTeX, which I used with great success under DOS years ago.

Henrik,

There is a program called Scientific Word which is WYSIWYG. It will
produce LaTEX files. You can find more info at: www.tcisoft.com
