With my old version of fvwm (fvwm2-95) when and I pushed a button to open or to switch to an application, the cursor moved to the top left corner of the application window. With my new version, it is no more the case. How can I modify my configuration file to obtain this behaviour again ? -- -------------------------------------------------------------------- Moeri Nicolas ROSO - DMA - EPFL CH-1015 Lausanne, Suisse tel: (+41 21) 693 42 44, email: moeri@dma.epfl.ch

If you have your .fvwm95rc in your home directory, you need to remove or comment out the line which says 'Style "*" RandomPlacement', since this line tells fvwm95 to put the window wherever. Otherwise, you may have to copy the system wide config file (for fvwm95-2.0.43a on my system it is called /usr/local/lib/X11/fvwm95/system.fvwm95rc) to your home directory and rename it .fvwm95rc, and then made the above change.
